I have always loved books ever since I learnt to read. The sort of person who would look at an instruction manual if there were nothing else available. Not that that has happened too often - I have tottering piles of books not to mention e books. I will read almost anything as l long as it holds my interest. Besides books. I love music, photography, cryptic crosswords and playing Fitz 1 & 2 games.
The Betrayal: A gripping novel of psychological suspense - Laura Elliot

Nadine and Jake have been married for years and have 4 children (the first being the reason they wed) who have now fled the nest. A chance meeting with Karin (an old friend of both when they were teens) - a very destructive old friend leads to them splitting up. Loved this - weak Jake, the awful Karin and Nadine who should have spoken up at the start. Never mind biting finger nails - I was biting my knuckles! Didn't want to put this down wondering what the obsessive Karin would do next. After this introduction to Laura Ellliott I definitely want to read her other books.
